When we first saw this fabulous piece of artwork and 'Verse lore, we thought it would be really unfair if Browncoats never got a chance to own a copy. That's why we arranged with Universal and Serenity Graphic Designer Geoffrey Mandel this special offer of only 1,000 30"x24" lithographs of the Worlds of the Alliance, printed on 100-pound stock and hand-signed and numbered by Mr. Mandel himself, all for just $39.95.
We love our captain – and the rest of Serenity's crew. That's why we called on Steve Anderson, one of the best portrait painters in the business (and creator of the Battlestar Galactica Starbuck and Number Six portraits), and asked him to capture the Big Damn Heroes in a special series of lithographs. Being a big Browncoat himself, Steve gladly agreed to take on the daunting task of capturing the personality, character and spirit of each BDH.
The result is a breathtaking series of museum-quality 13" x 19" lithographs, printed on 100-pound, satin-finish paper. The first set – featuring Mal, Inara, Kaylee and Jayne – retails for just $29.95.
